Internship DescriptionAs a Front Desk Agent, I was responsible for providing efficient and effective service for guests staying at the hotel. I strengthened my communication and interpersonal skills with constant interaction amongst a variety of personalities. This job position is the first impression for a guest, meaning from the point they speak to me, I can control the flow of his or her stay. This included: how to conduct reports, file through bucket checks each shift, ensuring all supplies were stocked to hand out to guests with notable status.
