Front Desk Agent 

Learning to multitask between satisfying guests physically at the front desk as well as on the phone was the greatest skill set I gained during my time at the Hilton.

Activities 

One of the most popular activities coordinated at the Hilton was Gator Country. A live snake, crocodile, and other reptiles would be brought for entertainment around the pool area twice a week.

Rotations

All interns were invited to have in person meetings with Executive Managers about their position, experience, and advice about the hospitality industry.

Catch Me At My Best 

From June through August, guests, managers, and peers are encouraged to recognize individuals who positively impacted their day by filling out this card and turning it in at the front desk. 

Trip Advisor

Upon check out, every guest is asked about how there stay at the hotel was. If a guest was highly satisfied with their experience, then Trip Advisor cards are passed out for the option to comment online about the hotel and the qualities that stood out to make the experience memorable.
